Bellows Scratchitt & Pluckitt

Dear Nick

I saw on your website that you are part of a band that organises barn dances. We are getting married on Saturday 26th June 2004 in Copenhagen (Caroline is Danish and it will be at her parents home) and we are determined to have an English Barn Dance as part of the day. We don't think such things exist in Denmark so we are looking for a band who would be prepared to travel from England. Some questions...

So started the Email.............

A foreign assignment sounded good fun, here are the photo's: (if you click on them you get a larger version).

At the wedding. Statue and church An interesting bike
An interesting building Hans Christian Anderson. A rather attractive figurehead!
The harbour. A pretty picture. Nick makes a friend.
Nigel samples the champagne. On the sightseeing boat trip. On the oldest wooden Roller Coaster in Europe.
Before our trip at the fairground. A local delicacy. Spacious accommodation.
The groom chats with us. In the square. These were amazing!!
An attractive spire. Peter samples the champagne too. Nick warming up.
Which one is Charlie? Pole sanding! We walked along the sea front.
The Mangler Nigel. Well, we did as it said!

The happy couple.

"Bellows, Scratchit and Pluckit - thanks once again to the whole band - you guys made a major contribution to making our wedding special for Caroline, myself and all our guests. The dancing created a warm atmosphere allowing everybody to mix and join in. You were responsive to our needs and were fun to be around. It was magic!"

What a good time we had!

Maybe we should now be Bellows Scratchitt & Pluckitt international!!
